Shipping

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Intergarde (Thailand) is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order, as shipments cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • Thailand Post / Kerry Express / Flash Express (Standard 2–5 business days) – FREE for orders over THB 3,000

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination areas, such as remote provinces or islands.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates depend on product and destination. Rates will be provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, customs taxes, and any additional destination charges.

Shipping Protection

  • Covers cases of loss, theft, or damage during transit from our warehouse to the address stated in your order.

  • Does not cover shipments redirected to hotels, pick-up points, or forwarding services.

  • For international orders, shipping protection does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the order date.

Return Policy – 30 Days

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Non-returnable items: Final Sale products, prescription lenses, and replacement lenses.

  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Returns within Thailand

  • A Return Label will be provided.

  • A return shipping fee of THB 100 will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.

  • Once items are received and inspected, refunds will cover the product price only (excluding shipping fees).

Terms for Government Procurement (B2G)

  • For sales to government and defense agencies, all procurement and transactions will be carried out in accordance with the Terms of Requirement (TOR) specified in the tender or official agreement.

  • Conditions relating to shipping, warranties, and after-sales services will strictly follow the requirements set forth in the TOR.

  • Intergarde (Thailand) ensures comprehensive support, including training sessions, long-term after-sales service, and maintenance programs as defined under the TOR and contractual agreements, ensuring equipment remains operational and mission-ready.
