MoG (Master of Gloves) Warranty and Exchange Policy

Defined and administered by Intergarde Group (Thailand), the official distributor

1. Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Period: 14 days from the date of receipt (based on the courier or platform tracking number)

Covers defects arising from manufacturing that are not caused by use, such as:

  • Loose, torn, or incomplete stitching
  • Faulty Velcro that does not hold or has detached from the product
  • Rubber or elastic materials that tear or deteriorate abnormally

If the claim is verified as eligible, a new replacement is provided immediately at no charge

Assessment note: The defect must show no signs of combined use — such as abrasion, scuff marks, friction wear, or dirt from use. Damage of this kind is considered use-related damage and is not covered by the warranty.

What to provide when filing a claim: clear photos/video of the defective area, together with your order number or proof of purchase

2. Size Exchange

Period: 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the courier or platform tracking number)

If the product cannot be worn because the size ordered does not fit, you may exchange the size once at no charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • The packaging must be in complete condition — not opened, torn, or discarded
  • The product must be in new condition — free of any dirt, stains, or damage
  • Exchange depends on the size available in stock at that time

3. Second Exchange Onward

If you wish to exchange the product further (2nd–3rd time onward), the following charges apply:

  • Actual shipping cost (round trip)
  • A fee of THB 50 per time (for the box and packaging materials)

Product and packaging conditions follow every point in Section 2.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from use, such as abrasion, tears from friction, or deterioration from normal use
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or modification of the product
  • Improper washing, drying, or care
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products from promotional activities, giveaways, or prizes
